You don’t have to explain yourself to everyone, everyone will judge you anyway. They’re all like that, nothing has changed in the way people are except for it becoming worse. You don’t have to tell everyone that you do things because it’s what you prefer or like or want or escape to, just do it because, after all, it is you who have to choose and you do not need permission from the whole society. What you choose will define you and the things you chose define you, that’s how it is so you don’t have to explain anymore. People have this mechanism of judgment that is unlimited for them to define your being even if they don’t know who you are, and not even you know who yourself is. You will be judged and you are practically limited so why bother explaining why and considering what? It’s as if you need consent when you do, or you need confirmation that what you do is what you shouldn’t but you do it anyway. Bother if you have no sense of decisiveness even in your own life. Live freely and fuck everyone else’s opinion.
